Refund Policy

This policy summarizes the refund and cancellation terms of the THROUGHPUTS Terms and Conditions, operated by MUA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. It applies to all Subscription Plans (Starter, Builder, Scale Mid, Enterprise, and discounted variants).

Cancelling your plan

You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time through your account settings.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• If you cancel after the refund eligibility period or after using the Service, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.

Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase and have not used any paid features.

A subscription is considered unused only if all of the following are true:

• No AI chats have been initiated
• No API requests have been made
• No tokens or credits have been consumed
• No premium features or services have been accessed

After usage has occurred

Once any paid usage has occurred, the subscription becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• No prorated or partial refunds are issued.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
